Ingredients list:

⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

(≈80 g; creamy body)

¾ medium banana

5 Tbsp Botenz CacaoPb Powder

¾ cup milk of choice

(≈180 ml; almond, dairy, or oat)

2 small dates

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

3–4 ice cubes

(1) Bloom the Botenz.

In the blender cup, whisk 5 Tbsp Botenz with 4 tsp milk to a smooth slurry.

(2) Load the rest.

Add banana, milk, date, protein, yogurt, cinnamon, and ice.

Blend 30–45 sec until thick and silky.
