Ingredients list:

320 ml milk of choice

almond/oat/dairy; unsweetened works best

3 Tbsp Botenz PB Cacao

peanut-cocoa powder, high-protein

1 level scoop chocolate protein

≈20 g protein per scoop

Protein powder (1 scoop)

≈25 g protein per scoop

¼ tsp vanilla + pinch sea salt

rounds flavor; optional marshmallow on top

prepare steps for Hot Botenz choco

(1) Warm most of the milk.

Heat 260 ml in a small pot over medium.

(2) Make a smooth paste.

Whisk 3 Tbsp Botenz PB Cacao + protein with 60 ml cold milk.

(3) Combine.

Whisk paste into the hot milk until blended.
