These cashew energy protein bites keep snacks easy and smart: whisk cashew powder with water to a smooth paste, fold in oats, flax, and cacao nibs, then roll, chill, and enjoy. Soft, nutty, naturally sweet, and perfectly portable—great for lunch boxes, pre-workouts, mornings, or quick pick-me-ups.

Ingredients list:

1 slice whole-grain bread

1⅓ cups rolled oats

≈120 g; quick or regular one

6 Tbsp ground flaxseed

≈45 g; helps binding + fiber. can grind if you don’t have it ground.

⅓ cup cacao nibs

≈40 g; can use cacao powder if no have nibs

Optional: 1 Tbsp maple

or 2 soft dates, for sweeter bites

prepare steps for Cashew Energy Bites

(1) Make cashew paste.

Whisk powder + 70 ml water to a smooth cream.

(2) Stir in dry mix.

(3) Adjust texture.

Drip in up to 40 ml water (and maple, if using) until a soft, sticky dough forms.
